Definition: Repeater: Student enrolled in the same grade for a second or further year.
Grade: Specific stage of instruction in initial education usually covered during an academic year. Students in the same grade are usually of similar age. This is also referred to as a ‘class’, ‘cohort’ or ‘year’.
